Which features are currently unavailable on the iOS App?

To help you get the best experience with OpusClip, we’d like to clarify the current differences between the iOS app and the web version. While we continue improving the mobile experience, some features are currently only available on the web version.

Import

The following import-related features are not available in the iOS app:
  • Google Drive Import: Importing videos directly from Google Drive is not supported yet on the mobile app.
  • Auto import: The auto-import setup and management is not supported yet on the mobile app.
  • Custom clip length: There are current clip length presets available but you cannot set custom clip length during the upload process on the mobile app.

Export

The following export-related features are not available in the iOS app:
  • Bulk Export / Bulk Download: Exporting or downloading multiple clips at once is not available yet.
  • XML Export: You cannot export files compatible with Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

Storage & Auto Save

Currently, the iOS app doesn’t support saving to cloud or toggling auto-save on/off. You can still manage these settings from the web version. We’re working on bringing this to the app as well.

Editing & Customization

The iOS app currently offers a streamlined set of editing features. You can:
  • Enable or disable captions
  • Edit caption style and customize fonts
  • Edit individual words in your captions
  • Enable or disable AI Emoji and AI Highlights
AI enhancements, B-roll, and Image overlay are currently not supported. If you need detailed editing or full caption controls, please log in to OpusClip via a desktop browser.

Brand Templates

You can apply existing Brand Templates to your clips, but you cannot create new templates or modify existing ones within the app yet. If you want to create or edit templates, please log in to OpusClip via a desktop browser.

Language Support

The iOS app is currently available in English only. We’re working on adding more languages — if there’s a language you’d love to see, tell us and we’ll prioritize accordingly.

Billing & Subscription Management

If you subscribed through Stripe on the web, you’ll need to manage your billing, invoices, and subscription details from the web version. This isn’t available in the iOS app yet. If you subscribed through In-App Purchase (IAP), check out our article on managing your subscription.

Social Media Scheduling

You can connect with your social media account and auto-post individual clips with AI-generated metadata for each social media platform, but bulk scheduling and scheduled auto-posting aren’t available yet. We’re working on expanding this. Stay tuned!

We’re Improving

We’re actively working to enhance the iOS app and expand feature availability. Want to see what’s coming next? Check out our roadmap and submit your feature requests at our iOS App Feature Request board. Your feedback helps us decide what to build next.
