If you’re having trouble connecting to your Facebook account, or your Facebook Pages are not appearing in OpusClip, this is almost always caused by permission settings on the Facebook side. Follow the steps below to diagnose and fix the issue.

1. Reconnect Facebook and grant full Page access

The most common cause is that Page Access was not fully granted during the original authorization.
  1. Go to Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations.
  2. Find OpusClip and click Remove.
  3. Return to OpusClip and reconnect your Facebook account.
During the authorization flow:
  • Select all Pages you want to use.
  • Enable all requested permissions (do not use default or limited selection).

2. Check your Page role permissions

You must have sufficient permission on the Facebook Page for it to appear in OpusClip. Roles that are required:
  • Admin (classic Pages)
  • Full control (new Pages experience)
Roles that may cause Pages not to appear: Editor, Moderator, Advertiser, Analyst To check your role: Go to Facebook Page → Settings → Page Access.

3. Check Business Manager access (if applicable)

If your Page is managed through a Business Manager, or if the Page is owned by a different Business Manager (for example, a partner organization), Meta’s API may not return it even if you have Full Control in your own Business Manager. This applies to Pages that are:
  • Owned by a different Business Manager
  • Shared as partner assets
  • Restricted for third-party integrations
To check your Business Manager access:
  1. Go to business.facebook.com/settings.
  2. Navigate to Accounts → Pages.
  3. Confirm that:
    • The Page is listed.
    • Your account has access to it.
If the Page is owned by a different Business Manager:
  1. Ask the owning Business Manager to assign you directly at the Page level with Full Control.
  2. Remove OpusClip from Facebook Business Integrations.
  3. Reconnect and ensure All Pages is selected during the permission approval step.
If the owning Business Manager restricts third-party apps, they may also need to approve the OpusClip integration.

4. Make sure you’re on the right Facebook account

Ensure the Facebook account you are connecting is the same account that has Admin or Full Control access to the Page you want to use. If you are logged into a personal account but the Page is managed by a business account, the Page will not appear. Still not working? Please contact our support team and share a screenshot of your Page Access settings, the name of the Page you’re trying to connect to, and a description of what you see when the connection fails.
