- “Language not supported. Please check our list of over 20 supported languages.”
- “Unfortunately, we were unable to generate enough clips from your submitted video. Your credits have been promptly refunded to your account. Please try again with the same or different video.”
- “We cannot deliver the result because our servers hit an uncommon issue. Credits have been returned to your account. Please wait for our servers to recover in an hour or so to try again. If you contact support, please send them a screenshot of this error: [specific error message here]
