To ensure compliance with YouTube’s community guidelines and protect the original creators’ rights, OpusClip requires users to verify their YouTube video ownership before submission.

Verification Process

When uploading a video via a YouTube link, you will be asked to confirm your ownership of the channel. Please follow the prompts to complete this process.

Unable to Verify?

If you’re unable to verify ownership, such as when working on a client’s channel, there are two alternatives:

1. Alternative Submission Methods: You can opt for different submission methods. Learn more about alternative submission methods here.
2. Invite the Channel Owner: Add the channel owner to your team workspace in OpusClip. Once added, they can verify the account directly. You can find out how to add them to your team workspace here.
