Why did my task fail or processing for a long time?
Why Did My Project Submission Fail?
Occasionally, your project submission may fail due to technical issues or specific conditions. When this happens, we will automatically return your credits for the failed project. Below are the common reasons for project failures:
- Insufficient Clips Rendered: We were unable to produce enough clips for your project.
- No Clips Rendered: We could not generate any clips from your submission.
- Not Enough Words Detected: This occurs if you’re using the ClipBasic model and the input video contains fewer than 30 words. Switching to the ClipAnything model will resolve this issue.
- System Error: This includes service outages on our end.
When a project fails, please try re-submitting a new project or reach out to our Support Team for further assistance if the problem persists.
What Happens if Processing Takes Too Long?
In rare instances, your project may take longer than 90 minutes to process. To make it right, we will automatically refund the credits used for the project. You will still be able to access the project and its corresponding clips once it completes.
Checking Your Credit Refund
You can check your Credit History to confirm that the credits have been refunded for failed or delayed projects.
