Why Did My Clip Post to YouTube as a Normal Video and Not a Short?

In order for your clip to be posted as a YouTube Short, it must meet the following requirements:

• Must be in Vertical Layout (9:16)
• The video length must be under 60 Seconds

Why Are My Facebook Clips Not Posting As Reels when Using the Scheduler?

Currently, we cannot autopost to Facebook Reels using the Scheduler. This is due to a limitation by Meta. Any video submitted to Facebook using the scheduler will be submitted as a normal video on your Facebook Feed. ​ To post this clip as a reel, you will have to manually post it directly to Facebook and make sure it meets the following requirements:

• Must be in Vertical Layout (9:16)
• The video length must be under 60 Seconds
