If you subscribed to OpusClip through the iOS App Store, all subscription management (downgrades, cancellations, renewals, refunds, etc.) is handled directly by Apple. Below are the steps for managing your subscription.

Accessing Your Subscription

  1. Open your iPhone Settings
  2. Tap your Apple ID / Apple Account (your name at the top)
  3. Select Subscriptions
  4. Find OpusClip in the list
Apple only allows one subscription per app per Apple ID. If you’ve already purchased a subscription with a specific Apple ID, you won’t be able to use that same Apple ID to subscribe again for a different OpusClip account. However, you can still purchase for that account via OpusClip Web App.

Downgrade to a Lower Plan

  1. Follow the steps of Accessing Your Subscription
  2. Tap See All Plans
  3. Select a lower-tier plan
The change only takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle (not immediately). Before the current cycle ends, you can cancel the downgrade anytime by re-selecting your original plan.

Re-subscribe or Renew

If your subscription has expired or you canceled it:
  1. Follow the steps of Accessing Your Subscription
  2. Tap “Renew

Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Follow the steps of Accessing Your Subscription
  2. Tap Cancel Subscription.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Upgrade to a Higher Plan

  1. Open the OpusClip app.
  2. Go to the Subscription in your account menu
  3. Tap Upgrade and select your desired plan.
The change takes effect immediately. Apple will issue a prorated refund for the original subscription.

Add More Packs

Currently, the iOS app only supports purchasing one pack. If you need additional packs, you need to:
  1. Cancel your IAP subscription via the above steps
  2. Go to the OpusClip Web App and subscribe there to purchase more packs.

Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by Apple, not OpusClip. Visit Apple’s refund request page and follow the instructions.
