Accessing Your Subscription
- Open your iPhone Settings
- Tap your Apple ID / Apple Account (your name at the top)
- Select Subscriptions
- Find OpusClip in the list
Apple only allows one subscription per app per Apple ID. If you’ve already purchased a subscription with a specific Apple ID, you won’t be able to use that same Apple ID to subscribe again for a different OpusClip account. However, you can still purchase for that account via OpusClip Web App.
Downgrade to a Lower Plan
- Follow the steps of Accessing Your Subscription
- Tap See All Plans
- Select a lower-tier plan
The change only takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle (not immediately). Before the current cycle ends, you can cancel the downgrade anytime by re-selecting your original plan.
Re-subscribe or Renew
If your subscription has expired or you canceled it:- Follow the steps of Accessing Your Subscription
- Tap “Renew”
Cancel Your Subscription
- Follow the steps of Accessing Your Subscription
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Upgrade to a Higher Plan
- Open the OpusClip app.
- Go to the Subscription in your account menu
- Tap Upgrade and select your desired plan.
The change takes effect immediately. Apple will issue a prorated refund for the original subscription.
Add More Packs
Currently, the iOS app only supports purchasing one pack. If you need additional packs, you need to:- Cancel your IAP subscription via the above steps
- Go to the OpusClip Web App and subscribe there to purchase more packs.
