Troubleshooting Steps
- Refresh Your Instagram Session
- Log out of Instagram across all browsers and mobile devices
- Close the browser or app entirely
- Log back into your Instagram account
- Then return to OpusClip and try connecting again
- Clear Cookies and Cache
- Open your browser settings
- Clear browsing data (cookies and cache)
- Restart the browser and retry the connection in OpusClip
- Try Another Device or Browser
- Use a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Or switch between desktop and mobile to eliminate device-specific issues
- Switch Networks
- Change from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or vice versa
- Network-related session conflicts sometimes resolve with a new IP address
If Nothing Works Immediately…
This issue sometimes resolves itself after a short delay. If none of the fixes above work:- Wait about 1 hour (it should be a temporary issue)
- Open OpusClip in incognito/private mode
