Downgrading & Cancelling

How do I downgrade?
Click on your profile image at the top right, select “Subscription”, and then select “Change plan”.

When do downgrades take effect?
- Pro > Starter : At the end of the current billing cycle.
- Pro/Starter > Free : Immediately.
How can I reduce my pack number?
Click on your profile image at the top right, select “Subscription”, and then select “Add or remove packs/seats”.

What happens to my credits if I downgrade?
- Pro > Starter : Keep all remaining credits.
- Pro Plan Free Trial > Free : All remaining Pro Plan Free Trial credits are removed.
- Pro/Starter > Free : If you have less than 30 credits available, they will be exchanged for 30 Free Plan credits. Downgrades to the Free Plan cannot happen with more than 30 Pro credits available.
How do I cancel?
Click your profile image at the top right, select “Subscription”, and then select “Cancel plan”.
