Why Resolution is low

If your original video is a YouTube video, it’s most likely that when you submitted the YouTube video to our server, YouTube is still processing HD (which may take several hours). That’s why we can’t generate HD clips. Before you submit the video, please make sure your original video is finished fully processing. To see if your video has finished processing in higher qualities, check the video’s watch page.

1. Open your video’s watch page.
2. In the video player, select Settings.
3. Click Quality.
