You may find that you are being charged for a OpusClip Pro or Starter Plan yet your account shows as Free on your subscription dashboard.

Before reaching out to the Support Team, please check any potential email addresses of yours that you may have used at the time of sign up. Although you may be billed under one email, your user email address can be a different one!

For example, you may have initially signed in and created your OpusClip Account with loginemail@email.com and used billingemail@email.com for your billing email address.

In this case, if you sign into OpusClip with billingemail@email.com (the Billing Email Address) you will see it is as a Free Account which can cause confusion. You will need to try and log into loginemail@email.com (User Email Address) to see that there is an active subscription you are being charged for.
