How many languages does OpusClip support?

Our product currently supports English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Polish, Indonesian, Ukrainian, Swedish, Turkish, Norwegian, Croatian, Romanian, Slovak, Greek, Danish, Malay, and Finnish videos at the moment. We will be supporting more languages in the future! If you have any language requests, feel free to let us know :)

Why did my task fail or processing for a long time?

Sometimes our service will face huge workload and projects may be delayed. To ensure your best experience, we will automatically return your credits for the project if the processing takes more than 90 minutes, but still produce clips for that project anyways. We also return credits for all failed projects. Possible reasons for failed projects include:

• Not able to render enough clips.
• Not able to render any clips.
• Not enough words detected. You can check it in your credit history to make sure that the credits are not deducted for such projects.
