The generated clips content is not the best moment

We train our AI to find the best moments from your long videos. If you want to clip specific parts of the video, you can use our AI-Copilot feature where you can select a specific timeframe to clip, as well as a specific topic to clip by entering keyword(s) you’d like to include in the clips.

Why is my clip resolution low?

If your original video is a YouTube video, it’s most likely that when you submitted the YouTube video to our server, YouTube is still processing HD (which may take several hours). That’s why we can’t generate HD clips. Before you submit the video, you need to make sure your original video’s HD is fully processed.

To see if your video has finished processing in higher qualities, check the video’s watch page.

1. Open your video’s watch page.

2. In the video player, select Settings.

3. Click Quality.

How many clips will Opus generate from a single video?

The number of clips that Opus creates is dependent on the amount of spoken words in the video and the video length that you choose:

• 0-3 min: 1-3 clips

• 3-10 min: 7-12 clips

• 10-30 min: 10-18 clips

• 30-60 min: 16-25 clips

• 60-120 min: 25-38 clips

• Over 120 min: 35-45 clips
