Credits and availability

AI Expand uses credits. The cost depends on the selected model, resolution, source duration, and target frame. The exact estimate appears before you submit the job. Available models and resolutions can change while AI Expand is in beta.

Troubleshooting

The action button is disabled

Confirm that a video has finished uploading, then select a target frame, model, and resolution. The target frame must be different from the source video’s aspect ratio.

The upload is rejected

Confirm that the file is MP4, MOV, or WebM; 4 to 90 seconds long; no larger than 500 MB; and at least 360 pixels on the shorter side.

The generated area looks incorrect

Try a different model or use a source clip with a clear subject and less camera movement. Always review generated faces, hands, text, logos, and objects.

The job is taking longer than expected

You can leave the creation screen after submitting the job. Return to Library to check its status.

Can I close the page while a job is processing?
