# How to use Motion Studio

> Motion Studio turns a written idea and optional reference files into a shot plan and a generated motion-graphics video. Use it for logo animations, title sequences, product explainers, visual packages, and other short motion concepts.

## Before you start

* **Idea:** describe what happens, how the video should feel, and how it should end.
* **References:** optional. You can upload up to 30 images, 10 videos, and 10 audio files.
* **Credits:** review the estimate shown beside **Create shot plan** before continuing.

*Write a prompt, select an aspect ratio, and turn audio off before creating the shot plan.*

## How to write a useful prompt

Use short, concrete instructions. Include the subject, action, visual style, pacing, and ending.

**Example**: *Create an 8-second logo animation. Start with a dark background, reveal the logo with a soft light sweep, and end on a clean title card.*

## Credits and availability

Motion Studio uses credits. The estimate depends on the selected settings. Review the amount before creating the shot plan and again before submitting the project.

Available models, settings, and prices can change while Motion Studio is in beta.

## Troubleshooting

### Create shot plan is unavailable

Add a description in **Describe your idea**. If you uploaded references, wait until each upload finishes.

### I cannot mention a reference with @

Upload the reference first and wait for it to finish. Then place the cursor in the prompt, type `@`, and select the file.

### The result does not match my idea

Make the prompt more specific. Describe the subject, movement, timing, colors, style, and final frame. Add reference files when visual consistency matters.

### The project is taking longer than expected

Select **Projects** to check the current status. Do not submit the same project repeatedly while the first job is still processing.

## Frequently asked questions

### Are reference files required?

No. You can start with only a written idea. References help when you need a specific logo, visual style, clip, or sound.

### Can I change the shot plan before rendering?

Yes. Review and revise the shot plan before selecting **Submit project**.

### Can I turn generated audio off?

Yes. Change the **Audio** setting before creating the shot plan.
