# Why did my task fail or processing for a long time?

## Why Did My Project Submission Fail?

Occasionally, your project submission may fail due to technical issues or specific conditions. When this happens, **we will automatically return your credits for the failed project**. Below are the common reasons for project failures:

* **Insufficient Clips Rendered**: We were unable to produce enough clips for your project.
* **No Clips Rendered**: We could not generate any clips from your submission.
* **Not Enough Words Detected**: This occurs if you're using the ClipBasic model and the input video contains fewer than 30 words. **Switching to the ClipAnything model will resolve this issue.**
* **System Error**: This includes service outages on our end.

When a project fails, please try re-submitting a new project or reach out to our **Support Team** for further assistance if the problem persists.

## What Happens if Processing Takes Too Long?

In rare instances, your project may take longer than 90 minutes to process. To make it right, we will **automatically refund the credits used for the project**. You will still be able to access the project and its corresponding clips once it completes.

## Checking Your Credit Refund

You can check your [Credit History](https://clip.opus.pro/activity) to confirm that the credits have been refunded for failed or delayed projects.
