# Does OpusClip use my data to train AI models?

For individual (non-enterprise) users, we **may** use your data to improve our AI models and enhance the quality of our services. We take privacy seriously — any data used for training is carefully selected and stripped of personally identifiable information.

For enterprise customers, we **do not** use your data to train AI models. Data usage terms for enterprise clients are governed by contract.
