# I can't login with my email

#### Check Your Email Address

Try a different email address and double check to make sure the email you entered is spelled correctly.

#### Check Your Spam Folder

Our email might have been labeled as spam. Be sure to check your spam inbox.

#### Free Up Inbox Space

Free up space in your inbox. Your mailbox could be too full. Resend the verification code to your email after you free up space.

#### Whitelist Our Email Address

Our email address could be blocked. Whitelist our email address: [login@app.opus.pro](mailto:login@app.opus.pro) on your email platform.

#### Wait and Retry

Your email server could be temporarily down. Try waiting a couple of minutes before resending the verification code to your email.
